On Wednesday April 5th, 2017 Roma Strenja & Jeremy Peters of Adecco Canada presented ‘Millennial’s in Leadership Roles’.
2017 marks a significant shift in the workforce with millennial’s now representing the largest percentage of the workforce for the very first time, with 28% already sitting in management positions and 2/3 seeing themselves in management roles within the next ten years.
As more millennial’s assume leadership positions, you may notice changes in the nature of the workplace. Why? Because there are distinct differences between the work styles, expectations, and career perspectives of this generation compared to their predecessors.
Roma Strenja, Branch Manager of Adecco Surrey and Jeremy Peters, Western Regional Vice President of Adecco Canada discussed how this shift in your management structure is reshaping your workplace, and how you can best manage this shift.
This seminar focused on:
- Millennial’s as Managers – the Good & the Bad
- Hiring the Right Millennial Manager
- Coaching & Training for Millennial Managers
- Shifting your Talent and Leadership Pipeline
