On Wednesday September 25th, 2013 the CMHDS welcomed Pam Paquet, Performance Management Specialist, who spoke about ‘Solving The Communication Breakdown: How To Effectively Communicate Between The Generations’.
Having a productive workplace depends on clear and effective communication between all staff members at all levels. This isn’t always easy when technology challenges and different generations are present. Personal preferences and differences usually become evident when problems and errors occur. Pam spoke about generational differences and the effective communication strategies to improve communication top down, bottom up and across all levels of your organization.
